This service can cover all your FM requirements, whether it be as simple as fitting a new door closure, or roofing, carpentry, or wet trades etc.
All of our operatives are experienced in delivering FM services and understand the nature of client requirements and the service that is required: we provide a 24 emergency call-out system if required, with engineers available to attend client premises at short notice.
We operate a 24 hr Helpdesk, which enables us to manage client expectations within the management of our own resources.
We generally provide this service on several distinct levels:
P1: (Within 4 hours)
P3: (Same day)
P5: (Within 3 days)
P9: (Within 5 days)
P0: (Within 30 days)
However, we are happy to work with clients to meet their requirements, and will develop a bespoke service if necessary. In terms of coverage, at present we deliver our services across the lower area of the UK- from Wales, up to the West Midlands, across to Buckinghamshire, through Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Cornwall, Somerset & Devon, and we would be happy to discuss any requirements.
We also provide PPM service, sometimes known as Cyclical Maintenance: the aim of this is, as the name (Preventative Maintenance) suggests, is to carry out scheduled maintenance to minimize costly issues in the future: as an example, for one retail client, we carry out PPM services at the rate of one visit per store per month, each visit having an agreed cost and schedule of works: this assist the client by firstly having a pre-determined cost to assist budgeting (and being able to offset this cost against reactive maintenance requirements which should be reduced by the PPM service), and also to provide peace of mind that a client’s estate is being actively protected as much as possible from degeneration. Again, all of our engineers are experienced in delivering PPM across a range of sectors. We are of course happy to discuss rates and service requirements upon request.
Very often, clients who engage us to provide reactive or planned maintenance services (or both), go on to engage us to provide project works services, including minor works.
Minor works can be almost any aspect of general building and associated works, ranging in value from £1k up to £50k, again depending on a clients requirements. We directly employ a large number of operatives, and also have a large supply chain, and so we can manage and deliver almost any project if required. We have experience in delivering both minor works and projects across a number of sectors, including retail, public, private & industrial, and also a range of project types, including construction (new build), refurbishment, conservation, & general building.
